1. Provider
Seller Notifier Pro is operated by BeBrands LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (VAT number CY10441477P). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Seller Notifier Pro provides Amazon sellers with real-time push notifications for new orders, a live sales feed, stock monitoring, and multi-store management. The service connects to Amazon Seller Central exclusively via Amazon's official SP-API OAuth flow. Your Amazon login credentials are entered only on Amazon's own Seller Central pages and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
3. Subscription & Billing
Full access to Seller Notifier Pro requires a paid subscription available as a monthly plan ($/£/€5.99 per month) or an annual plan ($/£/€49.99 per year). A free trial period is offered to every new account — the current trial duration is displayed in the app and on the pricing page, and is set by the operator. Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective billing terms. BeBrands LTD does not collect or store any payment card data. Early adopters who subscribe during the launch period have their price locked for the lifetime of their active subscription.
4. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of subscribing, without giving any reason. However, if you have explicitly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be limited to a proportional refund for any unused portion. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@sellernotifier.com before the 14-day period expires.
5. Acceptable Use
You must use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Amazon's Marketplace Developer Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy. You may not: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service; (b) use the service to scrape data beyond the scope of your own SP-API authorisation; (c) share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party; (d) use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and intellectual property within Seller Notifier Pro remain the exclusive property of BeBrands LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Availability & Limitation of Liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Seller Notifier Pro is a notification and monitoring tool and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Sales figures shown are estimates based on SP-API data and may not reflect your final accounting position. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeBrands LTD's total liability arising out of or in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, changes to Amazon's SP-API or terms, internet outages, government actions, or third-party service failures.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from the app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
